Telugu on-screen character Jaya Prakash Reddy passed away on Tuesday. The 74-year-old performing artist suffered a cardiac arrest at his home in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
Reddy was well known for his role in movies like Samarasimha Reddy, Preminchukundam Raa, Narasimha Naidu, Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana, Julayi, Prepared, Kick, Jayam Manadera, Jamba Lakidi Pamba, Avunu Valliddaru Istapaddaru, Kabaddi Kabbadi, Evadi Gola Vadidi, and Kithakithalu.
At first, he gained popularity for awful parts, and afterward, in his career, he showed up in a few comedian roles. He was finally seen in Mahesh Babu starer Sarileru Neekevvaru (2020). Jaya Prakash Reddy’s passing has cleared out the Telugu film industry stunned and disheartened.
Director-screenwriter Anil Ravipudi shared on Twitter how Reddy is “irreplaceable as an artist and person”. He composed, “My travel with JP Garu has continuously been extraordinary. He’s been a portion of almost all my films. He treated me like one of his own and used to have conversations with lots of love. I will surely miss him dearly”.
