The first day of the parliamentary monsoon session began this morning. Earlier, DMK MPs from both the parties staged a protest on its premises demanding the cancellation of NEET exams.
The first day of the monsoon session began with the DMK MPs protesting against the extension. The protest took place in front of the Gandhi statue, led by DMK MPs Group Leader T.R. Balu.
Kanimozhi, the party’s deputy leader, also joined the struggle and chanted. In this regard, they held a banner written in English in their hands.
In this fight, “BAN NEET, SAVE TAMILNADU STUDENTS” were the slogans raised. As they were taking precautionary measures against the spread of corona, all MPs took part in the protest wearing masks.
