Reliance Industries Mukesh Ambani’s (63) net worth rose up to 73 percent to Rs 6.58 lakh crore, according to a report released by IIFL Wealth on Tuesday.
Following this, he has retained the first position in the rich list of India for the 9th consecutive year.
The Hinduja brothers are second on the list with a net worth of Rs 1.43 lakh crore, despite a 23 percent decline in property value.
Following Hinduja, HCL’s Shiv Nadar’s assets rose 24 percent to Rs 1.41 lakh crore, ranking third on the list.
Gautam Adani, a Gujarat-based multilateral trader, rose 48 percent to Rs 1.40 lakh crore, moving up two places before and got fourth place on the rich list.
