Rajasthan Royals Captain Smith has been fined Rs 12 lakhs for throwing the ball slowly during a match against Mumbai.
Mumbai and Rajasthan clashed on Tuesday in the 13th edition of the ongoing IPL.
Batting first, Mumbai scored 194 runs. Rajasthan was bowled out for 136 by Mumbai.
Rajasthan Royals Smith has been fined Rs 12 lakh for throwing the ball slowly in the match.
An official statement said, “Captain Smith has been fined Rs 12 lakh as this is the first offense for the Rajasthan team in this IPL tournament in terms of slow bowling practices.”
