Actor Soori has lodged a complaint with the Chennai Police Commissioner’s Office against “Veera Theera Suran” filmmakers Anbuvel Rajan and Ramesh for allegedly defrauding them of Rs 2 crore 70 lakh to buy land.
In his complaint, Soori had alleged that producer Anbuvel Rajan, who owed him Rs 40 lakh for his role in “Veera Theera Suran”, had fraudulently obtained money to buy land.
Actor Vishnu Vishal has clarified the allegations against him and his father (Ramesh) in this case. He said in a statement: “It was very shocking and sad to read about the false accusations leveled against me and my father.
It is obvious that some people act with intent. Actually, Actor Soori has to repay an advance to Vishnu Vishal Studios. The money given in 2017 for the film “KAVARIMAAN PARAMBARAI” was dropped due to some unavoidable reasons. He has said that we have full confidence in the law and the judiciary.”
