The NEET exam results were released yesterday evening. The results of the examination were published on the website of the National Examinations Agency. A statistical analysis list containing information including the pass rate at the state level in India was also published.
The announcement of this examination revealed various irregularities. The controversy arose because there were various glitches, especially the high pass rate of the students who wrote the exam, the ups, and downs of the state pass rate.
Following this, the results of the examination were temporarily removed from the website of the National Examinations Agency. A few hours later the statistical list was revised and re-posted on the website. The statistics for states like Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and Telangana have been revised.

Tamil Nadu has been ranked 5th in the list of most qualified students in the country. In Tamil Nadu, out of a total of 99,610 candidates, 57.4 percent, or 57,215, have passed.
