Former Indian cricket captain and all-rounder Kapil Dev (age 62) suffered a sudden heart attack yesterday. He was subsequently admitted to a hospital in Delhi. He underwent angioplasty surgery. Doctors have been monitoring his condition since then. Kapil Dev’s health is reported to be stable.

Kapil Dev has released information about his deteriorating health and thanked the fans who supported him. ‘Thank you all for the unconditional love and care you have for me. “I am recovering from my health problems due to your greetings,” Kapil tweeted.
