The first curfew was imposed across the country on March 25 to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Relaxations were then announced at the curfew. Curfew 5.0 with relaxations is currently in effect. The curfew with these relaxations ends on Saturday the 31st.
The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued new orders regarding curfew relaxation 6.0. Accordingly, the curfew with relaxations has been extended till November 30. It has been reported that the curfew relaxation that was in effect in 5.0 will continue in 6.0.
In particular, there is no change in the relaxations allowed in curfew relaxation 5.0, such as the Metro rail service, allowing pilgrims to temples, allowing theaters to operate, opening schools, and allowing restaurants to operate.

However, curfew has been ordered to be strictly adhered to without any relaxation in the corona disease control areas known as the Containment Zone. Further, it has been informed that no e-pass or permission is required for people and vehicles to travel between the states and between the districts.
