Today marks the 36th anniversary of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
Congress leader Sonia Gandhi, Indira Gandhi’s granddaughter, and Congress Uttar Pradesh general secretary Priyanka Gandhi paid floral tributes at her memorial in Delhi on the eve of her memorial day when she was shot dead by her bodyguards.
Senior leaders of the party also paid homage by sprinkling flowers at the memorial of Indira Gandhi.
