The Hindus in Ayodhya have struggled to build a temple to Rama and are now successful. In this situation, it is surprising that someone from the Muslim religion is a devotee of Rama.
Batsha Saab (age 97) hails from Magondi village in Bangarupet taluka of Kolar district. He was born in 1923. He is said to have been heavily influenced by leaders including Mahatma Gandhi, Nehru, Indira Gandhi, KC Reddy, and Krishnappa and was also involved in the freedom struggle. In this case, he visited a Shiva temple in Badranjal, Andhra Pradesh 22 years ago.
A Saint, who met him there said, “If you write Srirama Jayam a crore times, you will be better in life.” Batsha Saab, who kept his promise deeply in his mind, has been writing ‘Srirama Jayam’ in his household utensils, books, ala tree leaves, roots, iron plates, and many more.
Thus he has now finished writing Sri Rama Jayam a crore times. At present, he wants to submit them to the Rama Temple in Ayodhya and build a Rama Temple in the village of Magondi.
Meanwhile, Baasha Saab, a Muslim, was widely reported in the media, newspapers, and social media as being a devotee of Ram. Many who saw the news praised Baasha Saab as an example of religious harmony.
